We stayed at the W for our 18th anniversary weekend. The hotel was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to be sure we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed a breakfast credit with an amazing in hotel restaurant that served excellent breakfast options, and a complementary morning mimosa from our friend Alonzo. The location was perfect for us to enjoy a great Friday night restaurant and walk to the Aquarium on Saturday. It truly was a perfect getaway. Thank you W!

The room was very comfy. We enjoyed the room setup. The staff was super friendly. The manager Jon even gave us her popcorn. The restaurant service was great. The food was great. My steak was very well cooked.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. I'll come back in the summer when the pool is accessible. It was closed for the winter. The whole staff was very helpful and attentive. Valet was even helpful
